Ensure the payment is made in full 1 or 2 days prior to the event to confirm the booking.
Policies and Regulations:
1. Food and Beverages:
- No eatables are allowed inside the auditorium.
- Refreshments may be provided in the lobby outside the entrance, near the counter next to the staircase.
2. Technical Setup:
- Ensure proper setup of audio and visual equipment using instructional videos provided:
- Contact Staff for support with setup.
- Staff: Mr. Sachin Waghmare (Mob: 9702787816) can assist with basic setup but is not a sound professional (case-by-case basis with daily charges).
For advanced audio setup, Mr. Sajjal (Mob: 9869472354) is available on a case-by-case basis with daily charges.
